Amazing Coffee! We had a brown sugar Americano and a Maple Cortado and they were delicious. Incredible pastries too! This is definitely our go to coffee shop in town now.

We had tea and a coffee. The cortado is excellent. The coffee was smooth and delicious. The tea was very fancy and delicious. The kids loved it and behaved well.

I thought we would be told what we were eating...asked for this from one of the servers and she said that someone would tell us, and no one did. Thought there was too many scones included. I would have liked something else. Perhaps a vegetable would have been nice. I also thought the price was high for what you received. Love the different teas! Very noisy room too.

Beautiful place and such a wonderful quiet atmosphere. Fantastic food and the best tea ever. First time for my BFF and she loved it. Definitely a place I keep going back to for a lovely peaceful dining experience with staff that are just as lovely. Of course I have to take tea ho.e as well. Thank you so much

We rented swan house for an anniversary celebration. It was absolutely beautiful. They made the day so easy on us. The menu was fabulous and the gluten free items were fantastic as well. Swan house made the day beautiful.

I have been to many afternoon tea services abroad and in the states and this was definitely the best I’ve had state side!! The teas were wonderful, served perfectly steeped, and the food was all delicious and in generous servings. The staff was also sweet as can be and made sure my 7 year old niece felt like a princess. I can’t wait to come back!

We used to come here when we could order any tea we wanted. Then management changed and we could order two teas of our choice and they added 20% gratuity to your check. Then management changed again and you got three types of tea that the restaurant chooses for you. We could not order our favorite teas.They also don't bring scones as an appetizer anymore and instead include it in the tiers of food, so the food was bread and sweet heavy. In past years there was a wider array of food types on the tiers (i.e. sandwiches, salad and fruit, sweets)

My daughter and I attended the Spring Proper Tea and our expectations were not only met, but were greatly exceeded! Everything was perfection. I honestly cannot think of one aspect of our visit that could have been improved upon. The service was so far above and beyond any other I've experienced. The food was delicious and delightful, the tea was surreal, the atmosphere exquisite. The attention to detail and care put into this tea room is outstanding. Definitely a notably superior establishment. I obviously cannot say enough positive things about the Swan House Tea Room! We will be back for sure.

I felt truly blessed by the considerate and compassionate care the staff at Swan House took while helping me create the perfect remembrance celebration for my mother. Communication was great, food excellent, and the atmosphere was serene. They took care of every detail, which insured I could enjoy time with family and friends who attended. This truly is the perfect location, and team, to host an event.
