I have had proper tea before at Swan House, but this time, no one came to get our tea order for 25 minutes. Our reservation was at 11 am. They brought us our food at 11:35 am, before we even received our tea. For a proper tea, you should get your tea before your food.

We've been going every December for the past 20+ years. We used to leave completely full for less money. The price now is ridiculous for the very little amount of food you get, it practically feels like you're paying for a plate of scones. I understand prices increase, but I can go to Mancy's Steakhouse for less money and way more food. Just very disappointed that it just isn't what it used to be.

Amazing Coffee! We had a brown sugar Americano and a Maple Cortado and they were delicious. Incredible pastries too! This is definitely our go to coffee shop in town now.

We had tea and a coffee. The cortado is excellent. The coffee was smooth and delicious. The tea was very fancy and delicious. The kids loved it and behaved well.

I thought we would be told what we were eating...asked for this from one of the servers and she said that someone would tell us, and no one did. Thought there was too many scones included. I would have liked something else. Perhaps a vegetable would have been nice. I also thought the price was high for what you received. Love the different teas! Very noisy room too.

Went with my granddaughter for cream tea. She was so excited before and after the tea! Teas delightful and prepared perfectly. The cookies, scones were wonderful and perfect with our teas!

We rented swan house for an anniversary celebration. It was absolutely beautiful. They made the day so easy on us. The menu was fabulous and the gluten free items were fantastic as well. Swan house made the day beautiful.
