My daughter's favorite place. Everything is clean and the toppings are fresh. As an old guy I just have a hard time accepting the process these days. They are probably perfectly reasonable in this market but paying 27 dollars for 3 frozen yogurts just send high to me.

My mom and I went here yesterday afternoon for dessert on our way home from Tiffin. When we came inside, we were looking around for a menu and were greeted by the lady working at the time. She informed us that it was self serve and because this is actually our first visit to Sweet Frog, she gave us each a few sample cups for the flavors. At the end, I didn’t know exactly what to decide to get, so I made (what I call) a kitchen sink sundae. It was worth every penny and every bit of the sugar buzz I got afterwards lol. Will definitely make this a new go-to dessert place:)

If you have allergies screw you I guess, because this place mislabels their food and “doesn’t do refunds” Worst experience i’ve ever had, this business is scammy & deceptive, coming from a long time customer. I live out of town & have been coming here very often for a couple years just for the cheesecake froyo. Went there today & spent $10 on a cup of it, only to go home & find out it was cake batter, which I hate. All good I went back to get a new one but taste tested the pump labeled “cheesecake” & found cake batter was indeed coming out & the pump was mislabeled. I brought this up to the workers & the one named Jenna went & tried it herself. I heard her say to the other worker “hm it’s different, it tastes funny” right in front of me, then proceed to tell me “it tastes fine, I’ve had no complaints today so that ones cheesecake” instead of arguing over the flavor I asked for a refund (since I brought the full cup I had purchased but wasn’t able to eat) she told me they “don’t do refunds” and couldn’t give me a new cup for free. She gave me instead, a gift card with $5 on it, which is pointless to me since I’m not going to be coming back to a place that mislabels food. When asked for the manager I was told she was “unreachable.” Besides the fact that I was robbed of my money for falsely advertised food, lying to long time customers and poorly handling situations with a disgusting attitude should not be acceptable. I will be contacting the corporate offices as soon as they open because while businesses are not required to give refunds, consumer protection laws in Ohio are in place for many reasons, false advertisement included.
