I didn't know it was that difficult to read an order and get it right. The food is never the same. I go there a lot. And sometimes it's crappy, I mean like not melted, or cold, and sometimes good. But a lot of times they put everything on the order. Some of your sauces make me sick. And low and behold it's on my order. I always either give it away, throw it away, or wash my hands and I never learn. I still go and waste my money and never get anything in return except the wrong order. Some people would call you out on your mistakes or just go to get a free item without paying. But damn when you mess up continuously and I finally break down and go through the drive your manager gets an attitude. My best advice to your employees Dont mess my shit and I wouldn't have to deal with your sloppy unprofessional habits. Taco Bell you need to pay your employees better so they care more about your customers. The amount you give doesn't seven come close to how much you charge your customers. Your prices are ridiculously way too high and it's just fast food, Now after so many screw-ups I just would rather make my own at home. Tired of getting screwed without the Vaseline..
My fries are cold, my chicken nuggets were burnt. They didn't give us any sauces when we ask them to. But I will say the Baja blast is good

Waited in line tonight for 45 min an finally get up to the board to order an no one responded for another 20. Saw 10 vehicles come an go while I waited. Went to captain ds across the street an had a family meal in less then 7 min a the food wasn’t burnt like this Taco Bell’s usually is. Idk why tiffin avenue went down hill the past two months but it needs shut down.

They gave me the wrong items. I ordered beans they gave me beef. They didn’t give me sauce (even though I had them on my online order) or forks with my potatoes. I call and they won’t answer then i called again then they unplugged the phone so the call stopped going through the 3 times i tried to reach them and i can’t go inside because the lobby is closed!!!
