Service is terrible and slow. I waited in the drive thru for 20mins just for a large baja blast. Every other time I go they always forget something or get my order wrong. Don't even get me started on being a Doordasher... It's the slowest service ever and they'll ignore you. You'll wait 30mins for a Doordash here. I dash on the side, I'm a manager at a separate establishment. Manager to manager here, PLEASE delegate your crew so they work at a fast food pace. Disappointing, I'd be sending people home if they worked that slow.

Shout out to the sweetheart That immediately greeted me and asked me What was going on when I walked in the door with my order your the best! And Shout out to the manager that fixed it right away. No question asked. I understand it was your fault and people make mistakes But I do appreciate going above and beyond to make it right
I usually do the mobile orders and I have not had to be completely right once. I usually ask for extra sauce, which is an upcharge, and get avocado ranch instead of nacho cheese with my fries, and never receive this. Food is great for taco bell, but the accuracy is terrible
