As I posted on my wife's page we couldn't get upset about this incident. Mandi and Brody were genuinely very upset about what happened. We all encouraged our waitress to not let this ruin her evening.
We will choose the Findlay store next time.
They both showed us that it's more than just a job, it's about the customer.

😀My Husband, son and I decided to go out to eat tonight and chose Texas Roadhouse.
The choice was between Lima and Findlay. We chose the Findlay store.
We all like Texas Roadhouse just don't go there all that often, we think of it as a treat.
