We got this one server, Lexie, who you could tell just loved her job. She made a point to talk to us, made sure we were happy and went above and beyond to make sure we had our refills, salads, apps and anything we could ever need. My husband was not happy with the cook of his steak but wasn't going to complain, she saw it and instantly was on it with fixing the issue. She gathered everyone to wish me a happy birthday which i had no idea how she knew until she admitted when she checked my ID for my drink that she saw the date. That kind of effort showed she loved her job. We love the food and now we know who we will 100% be requesting again.

We ordered takeout. Half of my steak was nothing but fat and gristle. I am very disappointed. To dine in, I have always enjoyed my meals here. I will never order takeout from here again. Plus several items were missing altogether. One was my son in laws fault, the other was an oversight from the restaurant & they made good on it.

Ordered steaks medium well and medium. The steaks were medium raw. They were not cut before the waitress left. The manager said that there would be a refund back to my card, but it's been 9 days, and have not seen any reimbursement like the manager said. Cut your steaks before the waitress or waiter walks away. I ate my vegetables and my wife's steak took half an hour to recook, by that time we were done and ready to go.

Food took a long time to come out, which is usually expected but it seemed to take extra long tonight. I ordered the road kill medium rare. It came out still mooing. Very rare. I was going to just ask for it to be cooked a little longer but the server didn't bother to check on us until the rest of my party was done eating. So on top of not getting to enjoy my dinner, I also have to cook it myself at home.

I wish I could give no stars!!! Very poor customer service tonight!!! First I walk in and ask the online order desk can I place a to go order here or at the bar? All 3 girls just stare at me and look at each other. Next they point to bar. So I get to the bar and someone finally acknowledges me. I say can I place a to go order? They look confused then go back to doing whatever. Finally a waitress comes over and ask me was I wanting to place a to go order. I say yes. She says let me take you to the right place. Why couldn’t the first girls or the several bartenders simply say you’re in the wrong place. I’m traveling through and not familiar with this location.
