I went here for a Babyshower party, so none of their drinks or food. The place is really Cool & Cozy, at the same time!! They have an outdoor patio that is Only accessible thru the restaurant.

The place looked cool. Lengthy list of bourbons, but nothing special. Prices ranged from good to absurd.
One could almost buy the bottle for the price of a pour. Customer service was lacking. I was asked what i would like before I had a chance to review the menu. Took a few minutes to look through the whole menu. The person helping me then spent the next 10 minutes walking around checking other tables. Never even looked in my direction again. Tried flagging him down several times only to be ignored. The place was not very busy at the time I visited. I had heard good things about the place only to be extremely disappointed.

The Bourbon Affair lives up to its name, offering a truly intimate and exceptional bourbon experience. Stepping inside feels like entering a bygone era, with dim lighting and a sophisticated, yet comfortable, atmosphere. The cocktails were expertly crafted, and the quality of the pours was undeniable. The vanilla Old Fashion stole the show. The Bourbon Affair is a must-visit. It's a hidden gem that delivers on both ambiance and quality. Highly recommended.

Drinks are amazing and the atmosphere is very nice. I would recommend the Peach Squeeze. The bartender I had suggested it for me and I fell in love with the drink.

Guess it’s not open to the public. Went in, sat down at the bar, and was completely ignored. After ten minutes I got up and left. Too bad, seemed like a nice place.

Findlay's own "speak-easy" with the feel of the Roaring 20's and Prohibition.
The staff dresses in period costumes. Light jazz plays in the background. Classic beverages and modern interpretations served with style.

The Bourbon Affair is the kind of place where your taste buds go to have their own little vacation. I went in a bourbon novice and left feeling like a connoisseur (or at least that’s what I tell people now).

The ambiance? Think of it as a classy speakeasy where James Bond and your favorite college professor would hang out. The staff? Friendlier than your grandma but with way better drink recommendations.

I asked the bartender for something that would make me feel sophisticated but also make my friends think I know what “notes of caramel and oak” mean. He nailed it with a smoked Old Fashioned that made me feel like I was starring in a 1920s noir film, trench coat and all.

Their selection is so vast, I’m pretty sure they have every bourbon ever made. If they don’t, they should definitely be awarded an honorary title for trying.

In conclusion, The Bourbon Affair is where you go to impress a date, drown your sorrows in style, or just pretend you’re cooler than you actually are. 10/10 would drink again.
