For First time Came here in the morning it shows open and the sign was open but its closed no cashiers nothing!!! How is this possible first time to see timhorton like that

My husband and I frequent this Tim Hortons drive thru usually with no problems but today at 4:30 we ordered two French Vanilla Cappuccinos and the cups weren't even 3/4 full the whipped topping didn't even come close to the top and they were luke warm. I hope this is not what will happen in the future. We should have went back but we didn't.

Went and got a French vanilla Latte, they gave us a hot chocolate. My boyfriend went in and said it was supposed to be a latte, and she said it was, gave us a new one, and it is still a hot chocolate. Service sucks, I prefer the Trenton one more.

Ordered a 40 pack of timbits, and 6 donuts. Not only was it pricey, all of the donuts were stale. Fort Findlay will be my only donut place moving forward. The only positive was the drive thru personnel were very nice.

I struggled to spend a $50 gift card here over time. Every visit, something was wrong. Many times the employee fixed it, but plenty of the problems never should’ve happened. I prefer the dark roast coffee. Late morning, I asked the employee if it was fresh. If not, I’d be happy to wait. Instead, he poured the coffee and walked straight to the microwave with it. The Tim Horton’s slogan is ‘Always Fresh.’ Not sure what this location’s slogan is. The second location in town unfortunately doesn’t honor loyalty cards or gift cards. Sad biscuit photo attached.
Edit because I see no way of replying to their reply: I called and spoke with management on more than one occasion. I addressed people in person about problems, also. Literally every visit something is wrong. I tried a mobile order on my last visit, and it wasn’t even started when I arrived (to an empty drive thru). Done trying.

Tim Hortons was good. I didn't get any food, but I got a hot chocolate. My only complaint is they put all the whipping cream at the top of my lid so I had to scape it off.

The young man who was working there was disrespectful , rude and argued with me about the drink I ordered ! I didn't get what I asked for , he was also disrespectful to other customers and staff . I will not be buying anything from them ever again .

Ordered a sandwich with only egg and bacon, specifically asked for no cheese. I received egg and cheese on my sandwich. The coffee was burnt and tasted awful! Waste of $6
