Quick stop for breakfast while driving to Toledo, food here were cold and taste very old. Only had one bite then throw away, it’s just very bad quality. Donuts from display were really old looking and dirty inside.

Was in town for a sporting event and thought I'd stop in quick for breakfast. Ordered 2 omelet bites to go, cashier walks over and confirms they are 4 bites (they come in pairs) and gives me a total much higher than what is posted on the menu blaming it on the corporate office. Next, another lady comes over and says they can only fill one order but offers me a substitution which I decline and ask for a refund. She says she cant refund me because the manager isn't there blah blah blah. I remind her that the first lady went to speak to the manager for the prior customer and just to refund me for my entire order. It takes the whole crew of 5 to try and figure it out and finally I get refunded. Won't ever be back here.

I wanted to let others know that the menu prices are different when you go to the window. I got a 10 pk timbits. The menu says $2.79 and when I pulled to the window new Indian owners quoted $4 and something. Then said $3.59… just asking for them to correct the menu outside. Thanks

Unfortunately did not have the best experience here. I have been here before and this is the first time it's been like this. I don't fault the workers, I do think this is sort of a staffing or delegation issue with management. I stopped here driving down the 75, I needed to have my last Iced Capp before I left the Tim Hortons range🤣. This place was busy because of the Coldstone attachment. However, no one was manning the Tim Hortons side because of the business on the Cold stone side? Again it is not the workers fault, they were severely overwhelmed and understaffed. I think there needs to be better staffing, especially in the summer when you expect there to be high traffic for the ice cream. When I was helped finally, the cashier was super friendly and sweet to me and she apologized. The quality of stuff I got was low though due to them being overwhelmed and rushing. Help them😭 Also, the construction or whatever is happening in the dining is not quite roped off helpfully, people are just unable to walk in properly and it is super congested.
Never again. Overcharged for a sandwich and coffee. I was told I should have asked for a combo, which my order was a sandwich and a coffee.

So I love time Hortons. Never have issues with the breakfast or coffee. BUT I do not appreciate being hit on every single time I go through the drive thru. Idk what his name is, but he's foreign and probably in his 20s. Like it's fine to compliment, but it starts to get uncomfortable when he just keeps going and going and trying to hang out even after you tell him you're married. Do NOT appreciate it
