Go to Tiffin avenue, unfortunately they are only open until 5:00 p.m. The new owners and employees of this location absolutely care less about quality and don't care about customers. The corporation does not care about this location either as I have tried to contact them about many issues. I have been loyal to Tim Hortons for well over a decade and the new owners of this particular location have caused my everyday trip to Tim Hortons to cease completely. Many other loyal customers have stopped going as well and employees that they have had for a long period of time are all gone due to this new owner. Until Tim Hortons or Cold Stone decides to close shop or change management here, do not waste your time or money. If anyone at Tim Hortons or Cold Stone would like to message me about this I would greatly appreciate it as I have already contacted both of you several times and been promised a response with nothing. Generally a bad look on your entire business not just this location. There are plenty of places to get donuts, coffee, and tea. Owners like this give you good reason to shop at other locations in Findlay Ohio such as Fort Findlay Donut shop or Starbucks, Dunkin, and Big y which is just 1 minute from this location. This location used to be fine, but new management has completely changed the place. They don't accept in app deals and the prices on the menu are wrong. The donuts were ok, but they didn't have any pumpkin spice donuts. I ordered a simple iced vanilla coffee that was supposed to be $2.19 but on the register it showed up as something else with a pump of vanilla for an extra 80 cents and the total came out to be almost $4. Would not go back to this location.

A very nice Tim Horton's! Exceptional coffee, piping hot & delicious. Last one if you are going south to the best of our understanding. Extremely nice worker. Glad we stopped... Hopefully, someday soon they'll sell French Vanilla coffee for those of us that don't readily have access to Tim Horton's. Thanks.

We come through Findlay, OH twice a year when traveling back-and-forth from Georgia to Michigan. We used to love this Tim Hortons but since new ownership seems unorganized, bathrooms are dirty (men’s and women’s) and crew not very attentive. This time we didn’t even purchase anything because nobody was at register and 3 people waiting ahead. Tacky with signs everywhere of how they don’t do this or don’t do that at This T.H.

New owners/management have completely ruined this once consistent location. We were frequent customers (once a week) and now refuse to go there. Workers aren’t properly trained, donuts are DISGUSTING. Food is overpriced and menu prices don’t match what you are charged (for over a year… come on, update your menu).
Trust me when I say do not give this place your business.
My husband stopped to grab a donut and donut holes for a birthday day and they were not edible. So stale and gross. We will not be purchasing here again.

We have been going to this Tim's for years. But I agree with the other reviews, the new people that have been hired in do not know what they are doing. I ordered two large sweet iced teas last weekend, and somehow they both tasted like iced coffee with no cream or sweetener. How tea became coffee is above me. I just ordered a hot French vanilla cappuccino and an iced chai latte today. The cappuccino is definitely not a cappuccino, just hot coffee with foam. And I can't even describe how a chai latte tastes nothing like chai but maybe coffee and flavoring mixed in there? I'm tired of coming here and wasting money because all of these beverages are undrinkable.

I usually love Tim Hortons, but this location was a real disappointment. While the coffee was as good as expected, the donuts were a letdown. I got four different flavors, and all of them were stale, dry, and tasted like they were from the day before. Definitely not the fresh quality I’m used to from Tim Hortons. Hoping this was just a one-off, but I won’t be returning to this location.

Man, when I first moved to Findlay I was so excited to get coffee from here. I loved this place and it was amazing, but they hired in some new people and they do not know how to make coffee's. Plural. I used to come here and get a large 3x3, just coffee sugar and cream, easy. No it tasted like dirty water. I can't explain it. This has happened to me multiple times now and I finally gave up and stopped going. I went once more two days ago to treat myself. I thought they maybe would learn, but I asked specifically for a toasted cream cheese bagel. They repeated it back. It came to me not toasted. They slapped cream cheese to only one side, it was not toasted at all! I'm really not one to complain either, so I rarely leave a bad review, but this is people who are paying money for their coffee on their way to work. It's insane. And I asked for a cappuccino, my boyfriend got a milkshake, we asked for whipped cream but they literally only put a tiny drop of whipped cream on the top of the drinks. You know at starbucks when the whipped cream is pushing through the lid? Yesh thats what its supposed to be. And i asked for caramel, no caramel. It tasted so bad too I really dont know how you can mess that up. Just highly dissatisfied and disappointed. I will not be going back and wasting my money.
