This is the THIRD TIME I've been to this location and they've completely messed up the order. Once through the drive through and twice going in. We have to literally point directly at the donut we want. And yet it's messed up and got a totally different one. I'm sure I said the word sprinkles 6 times- and my kids talked about being excited for SPRINKLES, And yet ended up with zero ones like that. Silly me for not watching like a hawk and babysitting the worker who was putting them in the box while I paid, that the correct ones went in the box every second. And I stated it twice what we wanted and once to the other worker. Smfh. Also- they won't answer the phone. I'll never go back.

For a Tim Hortons to Not accept coupons or discounts
Lack of giving or offering receipts but no refunds
And sad I had to repeat my order and give back my order too many times is unnecessary.

fix the drive through menu, prices are incorrect(of course they are lower, scam garbage), staff has a tenuous grasp on the english, oh and maybe allow national coupons/deals and online ordering, that would be a decent start to making this place worth going to, tims in findlay is a joke compared to dunkin, starbucks and even biggby, i won't be back for a long time after today

Review is only for the Tim Hortons. Friendly staff behind the counter. We appreciate their patience as we figured out our order. Order was filled accurately and quickly. Just a bit confounded how this location ran out of chicken before 5pm. They're also a bit behind in accommodating the app and digital payments. Otherwise a good experience here.

They are out of many things. Service was very bad; Not up to US standards. My bill was not correct.

Coffee was super delicious as usual but fyi this location does not take Tim’s rewards or Tim’s gift cards loaded to the app so you cannot pay through the app or earn rewards. I just wished I would have known so I could have earned my rewards for this visit and went to a different location. I was told this is because they don’t have a scanner to do so, which isn’t fair to customers.

I went in to order after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru lane. Once I got inside and waited another 10 minutes just to be told they don't take the Tim Hortons reward card! I have been to many Tim Hortons and this is probably the worst ran one I have every been to.

Looks like new owners here. Stopped at 8am and the door was locked. Proceeded to watch 2 guys with Tim Horton hats walk to the door and knock on it. Won't be coming back. Also, you can save your response. There's no way to slice why you had the door locked with open sign on.

We ordered 40 Timbits. When we went to pay, I was told it was more than was on their menu board. She said there was a sign that said the posted prices weren't correct. When we got home and counted the Timbits, we were only given 34 not the 40 we paid for.

I would rate higher for the food, but I didn’t even get a chance to try it. So I work about 5 minutes from this establishment. The reason I state this is due to the fact that I have attempted to eat here 2 times in the last month. I walk in roughly 25 minutes before my shift starts.. there’s 7 workers(I counted) and I stand at the cashiers for 10 minutes with no one even attempting to try to help me. Now I’m all for being busy and that but the fact they were taking orders through the drive through and everyone else in the lobby (2 other people) had been helped… I didn’t have time to stay any longer. This is the second time I’ve went into this “fast food” and haven’t been helped in 10 or MORE! Absolutely not going back, which sucks cause I like their food elsewhere and to be quite honest… this is the first review I’ve ever left at any establishment

Great coffee stop and donuts or ice cream. Right across from the Tesla supercharger!

We stop here every trip driving from Louisville to Windsor (30 times in the last 12 months) and have never had a bad experience. Always friendly staff, even got an extra donut near closing time since they were out of my favorite timbits.

They do not accept digital payments, rewards or coupons at this location. The service is really slow and the ice cap was watery. Do not recommend this location.

They gave us the wrong order. Tasted horrible.

Wrap was outside down in the case with that end not wrapped so everything was pooling in the bottom of the wrap cardboard case.

No Chipotle in the Chipotle wrap! Hardly any fillings and loosely wrapped - hardly wrapped.

Chicken was bland - lettuce was soggy - everything was soggy!

You're better off elsewhere for food. Also, the coffee was bad.

Very overpriced.

Positive: There is ice cream.

Ps. I don't really write reviews but in this case it's best to be honest and save someone else the issue.
