Ordered a smoothie first thing in the morning on the mobile app (Jun 5th). Went to pick my order up and they were closed. I have sent two emails though the app for a refund and have yet to get a response a week later. So I guess I m just out the money because you all were not open when you were supposed to be? Very disappointed because I really like the smoothies in the morning for breakfast but I will not be going back.

Not listed on the menu is the option to add a scoop of yogurt to your smoothie. Listen to me on this, skip all the other add-ins and ask for a scoop of yogurt to any fruit smoothie and thank me later💯💯

Always amazing customer service and even better food. There’s usually no line so the wait times are normally less than 10 minutes. Good thing Findlay has a drive thru because I’m too lazy to go in LOL. I always go here weekly in the summer and I’ve had many feee smoothies with their app.

Went to the Findlay location and was so excited to try the jerk chicken wrap. You can imagine my disappointment when I found not one, not two, but THREE hairs in my food (and that was only one half of the wrap! tossed the other half out obviously). Absolutely disgusting. Will be sure to let everyone know only to come here if they feel like throwing up. Someone needs to send the health department here.
