When I get Tropical Smoothie Cafe, it is usually shortly before they close because my child works a closing shift. I always apologize for coming in so late, and they always, always tell me not to worry about it. And the employees always treat me as if I was the very first guest in the morning, rather than the jerk who comes in right before close. The establishment is impeccably clean. Spotless. And my kiddos and I really love the food. My eldest loves the chicken bacon ranch Flatbread. My youngest and I are enjoying trying new menu items and different smoothies! Gentleman, I want to say thank you for being so kind to me every time I go in. I appreciate you and your delicious food and wonderful kindness!!!

Will not be going back. Beyond disappointed with the smoothies we ordered that have no flavor and super watery, can't understand them, it stunk while waiting for our order and not worth the money. Quality is gone. Miss the previous owners.

Super friendly as soon as I walked in the door. Food and smoothie were ready to go ASAP. All the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was correct.
I have been going here 2+ times a week and always order same thing, since the new owners took over both smoothie and quesidilla have gone way down hill! Try not to go there anymore food is cheep portions and smoothie is watery. Sad as it was bomb! Then let's talk tip... what drive through tip really never had to do that before. No happy will not be going back.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.The absolute worst customer service I have seen. We pulled in the drive through 5 mins before closing, I understand that the employees were probably starting on their closing shifts and were not happy to have customers come in this late, but the girl welcomed me and took my order and then proceeded to tell me that they were closed…. AFTER TAKING MY ORDER. I thought that was very disrespectful for her to do, and it now leaves a bad reputation on Tropical Smoothie for me and I will make sure to tell my friends and family about this location and how awful the service is.
