UNWARRANTED ATTITUDE:(Last time I went in about a week before this I ordered at the drive thru, get home and my food was made wrong. I drive back and explain that I needs it remade. The older lady that works there goes, " you know it's the customer's responsibility to make sure it's right blah blah. " I kinda cut her off because: 1 I'm driving 2i ordered the granola, you gonna replace it if it spills? 3 it's YOUR responsibility to do YOUR job right don't blame me for YOUR mistake 4 why argue, the other two workers took my mistake back and remade it immediately. YOU did nothing....so I told her quote" I work in the food industry, it's not that hard to do it right" and I took my new sandwich and left.May go corporate with this, IDK

I doordash every time I go to the store they screw up the order leave something out. The service staff could care less not even an apology. I don't understand how you can be in customer service job and not have any customer service

Just left about 10 minutes ago. The blonde with curly hair is miserable and will glare at you, mess up your order, and make you feel like you're an inconvenience for making her work. Our whole order was messed up, and when we walked out she posted a hand-written "lobby closed" sign on the door as she scowled at me. This was 45 minutes before closing time. Worst service and so disappointing.

Honestly would give 0 stars if that was an option. Manager loves to yell at his employees and make teenagers who are in school work closing shifts. Even fired an employee for "cussing in front of a customer" without giving the employee a warning before hand. Horrible management, I will be getting ahold of corporate for wrongful fire. Enjoy your job while you still have it cause I'm gonna make sure that you lose your too.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We walked in the shop two minutes before close and we got on our hands and knees to beg for just one more smoothie. The horrifying manager started cussing us out and i started crying in absolute misery after that. Forever lost my business.

Seven dollars for a smoothie then they expect you to tip a whole dollar...this tipping crop needs to stop...the places need to pay their workers better and take tips away...it's ridiculous

Food was excellent and the service workers were nice and polite. Service was a little slow, however they were very busy. Super clean with a nice outdoor space.

Horrible experience the owner cant keep the store clean they just failed health inspection, if your not mentally ok they do not care they overwork you and if you tell them you cant handle it they will fire you. If you have an actual life they do not care they will call u in and if u do not go in your getting set up to get fired. They are very short staffed right now because they do not know how to keep people and treat people correctly. Owners Craig and Michelle need to be replaced. They also do not know how to greet people with kindness and manners. I seen someone run out crying the other day because the owners left her to work alone and she was under pressure while they sat back and just yelled, they cant stop firing people and for what? All I can say is I am never coming here again and neither should anyone else.
