The food and service was what I expected, very good!. I ordered cheese steak bowl to go. What got me is when I got my bill I was charged $1.03 service charge and $1.03 for a to go fee. Are you serious? I was told the service charge was for the use of silverware... I got my order to go, I'll use my own silverware. To go fee, come on now. As long as they're charging like that I won't go back.
My family and I stopped at the restaurant for a quick meal. We are traveling and had our truck and trailer. While parking is limited we had to take up a few parking spots. An employee came outside screaming at us saying we cannot take up the space. (No one was in the parking lot) When we asked where we should move to he said “I don’t know we don’t have trailer parking” we told him we would go to another one he then stated “and we don’t serve people like you”.
