My daughter was happy with her frosty and nuggets, I had to go up and ask for ranch because it was forgotten. My chicken sandwich was dry and bread was hard. It was tough to chew on. Let it sit and tossed it. You got three stars because my kid was happy; the christmas tree looked sad this year.

If I could, I would give this Wendy’s a 0 star! WORST Wendy’s we’ve ever been to! Burgers were cold, on hard buns, cheese was just about frozen. No straw was given for our 1 drink. No sauce was given, although we were asked. Guy taking the money was not pleasant. Will definitely not return!

Wish I'd read the reviews before coming here. I could smell the old, dirty oil when I walked in the door. My friend wanted to come, so I just ordered a JBC and nothing else. It's a remodeled place, so I thought it would be a nicer one, but the guy making sandwiches looked like he was working on a factory. Had jeans on instead of the black pants of a Wendy's worker and they were almost down around his knees. So gross. Then his shirt was enormously oversized. The male workers don't have on Wendy's hats, but are wearing bandanas. They look like gang members. I would never come back here again. This place is dirty and disgusting. I'm just hoping I don't get food poisoning from this place. Edit: Several hours after visiting both of us became sick. My friend didn't get as sick as I did, likely because she didn't finish her burger as she also had fries and chicken. I only had a junior burger and I'm still sick as I write this. I would never return to a Wendy's in Findlay.
This store just won't learn from their reviews. Employees are killing this location. Horse play, disrespect for every customer at the time of my visit. Franchisee better wake up.

Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever had. First it started off with the screen being broken; and I order a #7 and a Cinnabon pull apart. I paid 16 dollars for it. She then hands me my food and wasn’t the most pleasant worker to deal with. While I did not look in the bag as I pulled away, I also trusted I got the right order as it was 10 minutes before close with 1 or two other cars in the drive through. Nope I paid 16 dollars for 3 fries. 3 %% Fries… Probably won’t go here again as the last two times either my food was cold, or I got the wrong order.
