Bathroom was gross, lobby was dirty, floors need swept bad. People in the back are extremely loud and playing too much. The guy running the front can’t hear people at the counter due to the crew in the back. A lady repeated herself 5 times.

Unfortunately, I ordered a son of baconator today. When I was going to eat it,the burger was completely cold. how it it possible to be cold all the way in the middle of the meat patty? When I just received it thru the drive thru.very disappointed. Never been to this wendys restaurant before,will not go back again.

Prices have gone up and the food sucks. First of all, I didn't get napkins or a straw, I erroneously assumed they were in the bag. Then let's talk about my sandwich, where's the meat?? I got a flimsy half patty, slathered with so much mayo and catsup. The piece of lettuce was twice the size of the meat patty. Nothing was hot except my temper.

My daughter was happy with her frosty and nuggets, I had to go up and ask for ranch because it was forgotten. My chicken sandwich was dry and bread was hard. It was tough to chew on. Let it sit and tossed it. You got three stars because my kid was happy; the christmas tree looked sad this year.

If I could, I would give this Wendy’s a 0 star! WORST Wendy’s we’ve ever been to! Burgers were cold, on hard buns, cheese was just about frozen. No straw was given for our 1 drink. No sauce was given, although we were asked. Guy taking the money was not pleasant. Will definitely not return!
