Absolutely lazy night shift. Don't bother making the drive. Multiple times I've tried to order or pick up an order over an hour before closed, and it's always the same excuse. They always claim the computer is down while they're just hanging out back smoking and sitting in the dining room like it's a friend gathering. I never leave negative reviews, but the laziness and rudeness of the night crew at the Trenton Ave Findlay ohio location is just getting ridiculous. GM needs to step up or close this location

I've been sitting in the drive through for 10 minutes now waiting at the speaker for them to ask me for my order. There is one car at the window and I've just been sitting here. This is the worst service I've had here. I don't understand why we are all sitting here waiting there's a line all the way to the front door of vehicles and I'm still sitting here no one has asked me for my order this is ridiculous like the management needs to hire someone that can run this place smoothly because it is being ran into the ground

Food is good! Service is absolutely horrible! I went through the drive-thru, right? They took 10 minutes after saying "just a moment please", had a snarky attitude, and said a jr. Cheeseburger was $$5.65! Only had their gross-ass salted caramel frostie when I wanted a chocolate one. Then they didn't ask us for pay nor did we receive food. We waited in line for about 7 minutes, then we drove right across the street to McDonald's. At least they have reliable service, and chocolate milkshakes.

Waited almost 30 mins in the drive thru 12/12/24 @ 6:30 pm. I was the second car in line and the line was out to the road! Just to pull up to not being able to read the menu cause half the lights were out and to be told the frosty machine was down. There was only one couple eating inside so Im not sure what the employees were doing but it wasn’t waiting on drive thru. When I got to the window I was greeted by the employees back as he was leaning against the drive up window. Took him 10 mins to even turn around. Im not even from the area but was visiting family. But won’t waste my time there next time Im in Findlay.

Visited Monday…..12-9-24 @ 6:00 p.m.
Only one third of drive through menu had lights, so we couldn’t see what to order in the drive through lane.
Went inside, and noticed dirty tables, sticky floors, dirty condiment station, and ZERO patrons dining inside. (I see why)
Took forever for someone at the counter to notice I was there, but I could hear a slew of kids in the back yukking it up.
When I was finally noticed, and tried to order, and ice cream machine was broken.
This was too many strikes for me, so I walked out.
Even the exit door handles to the lobby were nasty/sticky.
This store has the feel of one who’s manager died six months ago, and no one reported it, leaving a bunch of kids run wild while trying to operate it.
Grotesque, and never again !
The health department needs to inspect this place, because if the lobby is this bad, what’s it like in the back ? 😱😳
