They need to pay their employees without having every paycheck bounce. my grand daughter has had almost every paycheck bounce then have to wait for it to be corrected. She's still waiting for her bounced paycheck since 7/22/24 that was promised to be made right. It's been a month!!!!!!

my name is Michelle Shaffer and I am an employee at the Cambridge store that has to fight with my employer about receiving money I earned by traveling to other stores, working long hours and always being there when needed. I deserve what I have earned.

First time coming here and I thought it was a pleasant experience. The lady serving us was polite. She provided quick service and the food was pretty good. Also best smoothie/milkshake I've had in a long time!

The place looks shabby and not very clean. There was only one person working and he barely spoke English. We wanted pretzel bites but he said this is all there was left. Two normal pretzels sitting in the front window. He never mentioned he could make more. I love the pretzels but always hated the filthiness of the restaurant and the people they seem to hirer.

Place is going great places. I used to not like this place but every time I come to the mall I see this teenage boy working. I believe he’s there every night. He was very nice to me and he is very fluid through serving/making food. There was also a lot of people so I had to wait a minute but he went through everybody so fast and easy. Need more people like him.

Young kid maybe 16 or 17 was very rude & seemed like he hated his job. We ordered a pizza pretzel and he gave us a old one but reheated it. Definitely a bad experience

Findlay mall pretzel shop is the worst to eat. Mangement cant be trusted. If she dont like you shell have you banned. Cooperate dont help the matters either. I have found mold in my drinks. Its disgusting. Lemonade machine cleaned once a week. Wouldnt recommend it.

The woman was on the phone the whole time with her mask around her chin. She hardly served anyone and when she did it was rude. The other worker did a great job and was very kind and was very clean and wore her mask and gloves.

This company has slowly been declining. Went to the alliance Walmart today the worker did not wear her mask over her face at all and the pretzels were stale. The cream cheese is no longer warm. It seems to me everytime I go there there has been another corner cut to try and save money. While I understand covid has been destroying businesses this has been going on for the last couple years that I’ve been going there. I really hope for a turn around.

Stopped by for lunch while out with my mom. The girl was on her cell phone the whole time on a personal call that sounded like gossip. That was rude. When I reminded her I also wanted something else she said " yeah I got it " like I was being rude for interrupting her. Very unhappy with the low quality service.
