I enjoyed the small, minimalist space. Just enough room to grab and go or sit and sip with a friend. The chai that I got was THE best I have had locally… not from concentrate like many other shops offer, but actual loose leaf. The flavoring was cozy and hit the spot. Excited to have this little treasure in my own backyard.

This is the best coffee in Miami County. Maybe the best in The Miami Valley, but I haven’t been to all of them yet. We drink Cortado. The espresso has a great flavor profile and has a wide variety of taste. My companion tastes dark cherry and I taste a fruity base with a slight chocolate. The flavor is very smooth with low acidity, no bitterness and no negative aftertaste. And the food is very good. Especially the granola and yogurt. The atmosphere is so homey and mellow that it is easy to relax and enjoy your time in the shop.

They always serve coffee with a gentle, smooth flavor that I really enjoy. The atmosphere is great, and the staff are very polite and attentive. I haven’t tried the food, so I can’t rate it, but everything else deserves the highest rating.
Having a local place like this is a real asset to the community.

Stopped in after a day of shopping and the barista recommended the Pumpkin Nova. I had it iced and it was delicious! My friend enjoyed the cider. We had our drinks outside and it was so quaint watching the shoppers and even a couple who just got married!

Loved Sip!! Amazing service, coffee, lemonade, and location!! Atmosphere got docked points only because, for a coffee shop, I'd love if it was bigger. Also, Christian music being played? AMAZING! Personally loved the Large Iced Honey Breve Latte and the Matcha Lemonade, will definitely be back!
