Local supporting customer with VERY disappointing service and food order. We support all of our small businesses, but not bad service. If I could give zero stars for service I would due to the man at the front and the service we experienced for a takeout order. We have dined here for 20 years, had a wedding party event, and family events upstairs. I ordered takeout for my wife and I’s wedding anniversary. We were unable to go out, so we wanted to try something nice close to home. We were disappointed in the presentation and quality of our food. I know with takeout, it is a hit or miss, but this was not good. Our boneless chicken wings were overcooked, cold, and chewy. We always have an excellent experience at Harrison's but tonight was remarkable. Sue & Amy are true assets to your restaurant. They went above & beyond for us this evening. Delicious food and impeccable service. The crab cakes, salmon, and chops were exceptional highlights. The creme brulee & peanutbutter pie were to die for. Your cocktail sauce & ranch, wowzy-wow.... THANK YOU! Thank you for making our family celebration so perfect. We felt spoiled!
