I have ordered lunch here multiple times. The food has always been good! Today, however, I ordered a 6 inch and they made a 12 inch. The options were to either upgrade and pay for the 12 inch sub or let them remove part of the sandwich from the box. It just seemed like odd customer service considering it wasn’t my mistake.
