Franklin Furnace location is consistently above bar. The quality of the food and the accuracy with my order, it’s rare to find that consistency, especially considering I order from there 2-3 times a week. The staff is super friendly and I’d starve to death without them!

I got a salad with no cheese and extra ham. Well I opened my salad and there’s more cheese on it that freakin salad! This isnt the first time that this has happened! The pizza we got had only cheese on it when it was pose to have extra pepperoni and didn’t even have 1 it had cheese only in it! This place use to be so good and always right now it’s gone downhill! Also if you call and complain the person who answers has the biggest attitude EVER so then I get one. If I order it a certain way they should make it the way it says not just throw it together and not even care! I will not order from there anymore! This has happened multiple times!!
