This place has always had good food. I've eaten here for many years either dining in or picking up food. The past few times everytime I go in my order is given to another person or they forgot to make something or they just didn't make what I asked on my order properly. I love the food but at some point that gets really frustrating. My three star on the food isn't because the food isn't good... Quite the contrary. It is because of my orders constantly being wrong. If that issue were corrected my rating would rise on both food and service and my overall.

Staff was curtious and beyond helpful.Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to gluten and they have gluten free things. The gluten free pizza the dough is delivered in its own pan and they open new toppings so that you are not cros contaminated.

I get that y'all are extra busy with the school construction next door, workers from local factories and your locals. However, I placed my order at 11:10, I was told 20 to 25 minutes for it to he ready. I show up at 11:35 (25 minutes) to a line of people outside of the building trying to get inside to either order or pick up what had already been ordered. Your system is flawed, at 12:05 I finally got to get my food which as my assumption of my food being cold didn't let me down. I ordered my food well done, light tan crust and chewy dough is not well done little lone baked properly. Making someone stand in line to pick up food for 30 minutes while it gets cold behind mainly customers that were standing there waiting to order before they even sat down at a table is uncalled for. 2 stars only because the lady working the register still had a smile on her face and was very polite. I ate the two edge pieces of my calzone because I was hungry, the middle section was inedible from being undercooked and the lack of toppings definitely was not a factor... I'm in a tractor/trailer or else I would've brought it back. Please don't sacrifice quality over quantity and try and figure a way to have a line for pickup so people's food is not getting cold on the days you are swamped like today.

I want to give a shout out to my friends at Franklin furnace Giovanni's they are top notch always get my order right and make anything I order the way I love the way it's supposed to be and when I worked there I had amazing co workers and friends and Ryan and Cheryl and Kayla were very good to me treated me like family I still got friends that work there and do an amazing job how ever I will never ever order or give my money to coal grove ever ever again every order I have made and delivered have been wrong or something not made the right way or extra I asked for not given Franklin furnace will and always been number one in service in my book period. thanks guys

No much ALWAYS SELECTED THIS ONE. NOT SO SURE NOW WHEN YOU CAN STAND FORK UP IN DRESSING; BREADSTICKS LOOK LIKE BOTTOM OF PIZZA AND LETTUCE IS LIMP AND BROWN. not sure if because a pick and I couldn’t see it but I suspect that is case. It would gone back-dressing my fault had been warned????
