I had the pleasure of sampling the brisket at Quarter Horse Congress, which was undoubtedly the best I've ever tasted. As a gluten-free individual, it's often challenging to find suitable options at food trucks, and I prefer to avoid Bar-B-Que sauce, so the flavor stood on its own merit.
They’re celebrating 4 years of serving great food. They know the tricks to making great treats. Pulled pork, Brisket and Mac n Cheese.
A couple weeks ago, my wifes extended family suffered a loss. Although the passing was not entirely unexpected, it happened as litterally everyone was involved with other family issues/events as well. A call to David and his amazing family, and the funeral after meal was taken care of, even though we are not ignorant to the fact that they had many other events to deal with and take care of.
