My absolute favorite Food Truck! I chase them down all the time just for their Brisket Nachos, they even know me by name! Such great people and amazing flavorful food! You won’t be disappointed 😉
We had their loaded tator, pulled pork sandwich and Mac today. Good portion sizes and very tasty! Looking forward to coming back!
I had the pleasure of sampling the brisket at Quarter Horse Congress, which was undoubtedly the best I've ever tasted. As a gluten-free individual, it's often challenging to find suitable options at food trucks, and I prefer to avoid Bar-B-Que sauce, so the flavor stood on its own merit.
