Inside of a grocery store is hardly an atmosphere where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in my opinion, I also noticed that inflation and high labor costs has affected the price of a cup of coffee.Parking: The location is inside of a Kroger store so it's a good sized parking lot , you may have to walk a little bit.

Because I frequent here and don’t usually have an issue or one this bad, I’m giving three stars. Today, I’d give one. I placed my order at 9:58 and didn’t receive it all until 10:30. After standing there for 20 minutes, they told me the sandwich I ordered wasn’t available. 5 minutes later, I was missing 1 of my 3 items and the employee told me “someone must’ve taken it.” yet, I had been there waiting the entire time, so I think someone just forgot to make it. The line was out the door of the Kroger and people were standing all over waiting for their orders for extensive amounts of time. I get being short staffed or busy, but there were two employees and I have a video of them just chit chatting. One of them also pushed the trash down with her hand and continued to make drinks without washing them. Zero sense of urgency on a Saturday morning and zero care for the customers they were servicing.

Been trying to get a Frappuccino for 2 weeks now! Everytime I walk up they have a sign "no frozen or blended drinks". Went again last night and still have the sign up.

Just stood in line for 10 minutes for the person to turn off the lights and say she wasn't serving anyone else but the two right at the register. What a poor way to run your business when you're supposed to be open until 8 pm and it's only 1:40.
It can take a while to get your order here because they don't have room for very many employees behind the counter at one time. The baristas are generally nice though, and I rarely have problems with my order. This place just seems to be hampered by it's location inside a Kroger. If it was a standalone store with more space (and a drive-thru) I would stop here every day. There's always a good seasonal drink to try and I love the egg white and feta wraps.Parking: Parking can be difficult here because the lot is usually quite full and it's very hectic. I've never felt like there was sufficient space, which is odd for most places in Fremont.

Staffs and managers so sweet and when see me they so happy waving at me. Am deaf and very friendly woman.Parking: There are so plenty of handicap parks then before and more regular parking spots. Good job!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Oh yea they have 2 slide for wheelchairs to use. Very friendly store!!

Usually pretty decent here but make sure you come mid day. I came at 930am which is an hour and a half after they open and no one was there working yet. I've also heard they close early but not sure how true that is.
