Because I frequent here and don’t usually have an issue or one this bad, I’m giving three stars. Today, I’d give one. I placed my order at 9:58 and didn’t receive it all until 10:30. After standing there for 20 minutes, they told me the sandwich I ordered wasn’t available. 5 minutes later, I was missing 1 of my 3 items and the employee told me “someone must’ve taken it.” yet, I had been there waiting the entire time, so I think someone just forgot to make it. It can take a while to get your order here because they don't have room for very many employees behind the counter at one time. The baristas are generally nice though, and I rarely have problems with my order. This place just seems to be hampered by it's location inside a Kroger. If it was a standalone store with more space (and a drive-thru) I would stop here every day. Inside of a grocery store is hardly an atmosphere where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in my opinion, I also noticed that inflation and high labor costs has affected the price of a cup of coffee.Parking: The location is inside of a Kroger store so it's a good sized parking lot , you may have to walk a little bit.
