Brought my grandson to the 53 North location in Fremont and had to wait 20 minutes to get just a Happy Meal and an Iced Coffee. when finally got the food, were literally 15 fries in the container. I understand it's a kids meal, but really? When I asked the lady behind the counter about it, she said that this was the norm for kids meals. Will not be coming back here.
Had an issue that was resolved by customer care. Great customer service second time around!
Go to burger king next door instead. Faster, better service.
