You need to help the elderly, ? on the lobby ordering screen, not all elderly know how to navigate this technology.I am Thankful for a kind young lady that helped me when I came in that was taking care of her own order.Kid-friendliness: They have a nice kid friendly area.
This was the first of 4 visits that everything was right. It could have been fresher, but one thing at a time. I have hope for you yet. I am a frequent visitor and have held my tongue, hoping it would improve. It has please keep improving. You have some improvement to do. But you are definitely on the right track, and I see a lot of potential in a few of you staff. I hope to have a great visit next time. Fingers crossed ?I know you can do it.

I do not think I will ever go back to McDonald's on West state street Fremont Ohio I got a flay of fish I was in line for 20 minutes and there were only 3 cars ahead of me when I finally got my cold flavor fish it was so hard around the outside I had to break it into and eat it from the middle and could not eat any of the outside area just ridiculous. There is always a long wait but I've never said anything before but that sandwich was ridiculous I threw it out the window
