I had a to go order
I usually use this subway as my go to option for a snack, healthy option, and sandwich place. I ordered on the app and asked for all sauces to be on the side so I can have food for tomorrow as well. I see now that both subs I ordered have come with sauce on them. No one wants to eat soggy food. I had a catering order for my son’s birthday. I was able to call five days before and place the order. The day I was supposed to pick it up, I got a call an hour before. I didn’t answer and they left no voicemail. I called back 30 minutes later to find out that they did not know if it was meant for that day. I was told that they hadn’t started the order.
