My visit to Bob Evans left me with mixed feelings. I opted for the Alaskan Cod with carrots and corn, hoping for a wholesome dining experience. The cod was undoubtedly the highlight of the meal. It was cooked to perfection, with a crispy, golden-brown exterior that gave way to flaky, tender fish inside.
