“First time at this location and I will return. I nabbed a ham bone and the staff urged me to look again for one with more meat on it. Wow!Talk about a hidden treasure. I have a delicious bone for my soup beans with loads of meat in it - even after cutting off some of the fat and lots of meat.I had enough meat to use in my omelette and give my puppy some scraps too!Sensational value for $3.99!!!The lady working was super friendly and helpful. I was there at 9:45 on a Thursday morning! I did call ahead to ensure they did have some in stock and the gentleman who answered at 5:55 PM was just as friendly and helpful.I'm keeping this as a favorite for sure!!Parking: Easy parkingKid-friendliness: Lots of nice optionsWheelchair accessibility: Standard accessibility“

“My partner and I LOVE this place! He usually gets general tsos, and I usually get a club sandwich, but their menu is huge and diverse. I love that I can get a deli sandwich and a side of crab rangoon. And the food is GOOD. Seriously SO GOOD. Lettuce and tomato on my sandwich is always fresh, the bacon is sooo good, and they have tons of bagel options! Their pricing is also incredible, and service is fast and always accurate! Honestly kind of tearing up writing this review, I hope this place stays here forever and never changes. It's a very nostalgic feeling spot in the most comforting way.“

“I visit Ohio twice a year and coming to Katzingers' for a leisurely lunch with my successful entrepreneur daughter is a must! I love their garlic pickles in the barrel. They make the best Reuben on rye. Her younger sister sometimes comes along and she enjoys a vegetarian mushroom cheese melt. Something for everyone at Katz's.“

“Ate here for the first time today. I had the Southwest Chicken Wrap and my friend had the Italian sandwich. Both were pretty good. The staff was all very friendly. The only drawback is the process was a bit confusing (FYI- pay attention to the number of the menu item because that is what they call out when your food is ready). We will definitely come back. I hoped to get a bagel to go but they were out, so hopefully next time!“

“Just picked up our honey baked ham from Kai. (Sorry if I misspelled her name). She was a breath of fresh air! Very helpful and kind. She guided us to the perfect size for our family. An exemplary employee! She should definitely receive a bonus and a raise! You are fortunate to have her working at your store.“

“Came in while my husband was getting surgery at the eye center. Every worker was so kind to me! I got a plain bagel with cream cheese which was excellent, hard to mess up. The place was clean and all I keep thinking about was how nice everyone was!“

“Had a takeout order for a grand slam breakfast (french toast, bacon and 2 eggs) today. Excellent food, shockingly good even. It's obvious but you can tell this isn't just some chain restaurant. It tastes like something your mom might make at home (in a good way). Very good prices on everything too, you can't complain. The service was quick and the restaurant had a small classic diner feel. Will definitely be back!“

“Food is great! The cream cheeses are delicious and so flavorful, and the bagels are always fresh. There is often times a line so prepare to wait since they make everything at the line. There is plenty of seating inside and even some outside options. When we went in today, there was no line. 2 of us went in and the worker took one of our orders and proceeded to make that entire sandwich, then asked me for the next order, all while there were 3 employees just staring at us, not doing anything.“

“Jordan's is one of the few mom and pop type sandwich places in Gahanna. Interestingly, the space is split between a deli on one side, and a pub on the other. The deli menu is straight forward with about 15 cold sandwiches and 5 hot sandwiches that are made to order. You can also build your own if you prefer. They also have a soup of the day and some pasta & potato salads. And of course, bagged chips. The only offer bottled beverages. I tried the chicken gyro, and it surpassed my expectations. Their take on the tzatziki sauce was delicious. Although the sandwich prices are reasonable at around $7, they charged $3 for the prepackaged chips which seemed pretty steep. I'm wondering if I was charged for a combo (chips + drink), even though I didn't order anything to drink. I enjoyed the gyro, so would give Jordan's a try again in the future, but I think I would stay away from the overpriced chips next time -- perhaps getting take out and having my own side at home.“
