Absolutely horrible experience. The two employees working were unable to keep up with orders. Totally fine. I get they are busy. But the app stated a pick up time and when I arrived, waited for about 20+ minutes in my car (car side pickup).
I decided to go in and was told it would be another 30-40 minutes.
What?!?!?
App needs to be updated to reflect busy periods. Had to drive another 20 minutes to the next one to get pizza for the family.
We asked for the driver to call or text when they came. Driver not only knocked, he POUNDED on the door 3 times (it might have taken me 10 seconds to get to the door). Our sleeping roommate was scared out of her mind and came running to the door. The driver proceeds to yell the whole interaction. Really just the worst as it’s our first night in the new house, not the best impression on our new roommate. I’m sure the last thing she wanted was to be woken up by some screaming...read full review
