Would give a zero if I could. They delivered the wrong food (it had my name on the ticket). They put me on hold for 20 minutes when trying to fix it. I had to drive up to the store (was still on hold the whole drive) to get a refund. The person working the counter told me I should learn to cook if I didn't like having to wait "because they were busy and couldn't talk on the phone right now". placed an online order for pick up for a large hot honey pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and a side of cheese bread. When I got home my pizza was room temperature at best which is strange because I watched them take it out of the oven. Asked for extra sauce on the pizza and there was hardly any on it at all. Not to mention the crust tasted like plastic. The cheese bread was decent but I’m overall unimpressed and underwhelmed with the pizza at this location. Will not return.

Was super busy and under staff but have to give it to the woman that was working the front. She stayed calm and tried her best to problem solve. I have worked in the service industry so i know how it can be when you’re understaffed and busy. I longer then 20 mins but i could see they were all trying and working hard. She kept everyone update on the status of there order, problem solved best as possible.
