It has been a while since I last ate at 5 Guys but I have always liked their food. This visit was no exception. The burger and fries were really good. My "beef" is with the price. I ordered a single cheeseburger with regular fries and regular drink. The total was over $21.00 and I had to choose my tip amount for someone behind the counter taking my order. There was also a very prominent tip bucket on the counter for cash sales. Sorry, but I am not going to spend a hundred dollars...read full review
Delicious food, terribly high prices. A complete scam. Other high quality burger joints will sell at a quarter of the price. Inexcusable. And they even skimp out on the fries now and don't give much.

The staff was extremely friendly. They did mess up my order but the manager Jessica was extremely friendly and amazing in correcting the order to which I was very appreciative. I would definitely go back to this location. The quality of service food and staff are all very good.
