Ordered a super supreme... lmfao this is what I got. They also have the large at 12.00 any and charge 21.00. Do automatically collect their delivery fee. They sent it to the wrong room cause the person got the room number wrong on the phone also forgot the pepperseeds. ?♀️ won't ever again

Was super busy and under staff but have to give it to the woman that was working the front. She stayed calm and tried her best to problem solve. I have worked in the service industry so i know how it can be when you’re understaffed and busy. I longer then 20 mins but i could see they were all trying and working hard. She kept everyone update on the status of there order, problem solved best as possible.

Would give a zero if I could. They delivered the wrong food (it had my name on the ticket). They put me on hold for 20 minutes when trying to fix it. I had to drive up to the store (was still on hold the whole drive) to get a refund. The person working the counter told me I should learn to cook if I didn't like having to wait "because they were busy and couldn't talk on the phone right now". They refunded my order, but tried to keep the delivery tip.When my refund was completed, they brought up the order for someone with a take-out and he immediately realized his order was wrong, too as he didn't order 3 items like they had given him.This store is a complete joke. I give them a new shot every ~6 months, and they manage to mess up almost every time. Management is non-existent, customer service is awful, and it's a shame that Pizza Hut allows this franchise to be run so poorly.

placed an online order for pick up for a large hot honey pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and a side of cheese bread. When I got home my pizza was room temperature at best which is strange because I watched them take it out of the oven. Asked for extra sauce on the pizza and there was hardly any on it at all. Not to mention the crust tasted like plastic. The cheese bread was decent but I’m overall unimpressed and underwhelmed with the pizza at this location. Will not return.

I placed an order online for a later, pick up time for the same day, the order was supposed to be available for pick up at 8:15 PM after placing the order the time change to 9:15 PM so I called the store to ask the manager if this food would actually be ready 8:15 PM the manager then tries to tell me that if it popped up on her screen at 6:55 PM, even though I scheduled it for a later pick up time she would be making my food now and it would be sitting there for an hour and 15 minutes before I came to pick it up so I would initially be picking up and eating cold food. This is not how food service works in the manager really needs to be retrained. All she kept saying was she could not change what was processed online but ma’am you are changing it because I SCHEDULED a later pick up time of 8:15 PM and you’re now telling me that the pick up time will be as soon as you’re done making my food and you were getting ready to start my food at 6:55 PM. Fast food is not rocket science.

We consistently get Pizza Hut almost every Sunday, and every time this place hits the spot. Incredible and friendly service, very aware of allergen safety, and never forget the details of our sometimes complicated mobile orders. Could not be more satisfied!Dietary restrictions: Always very aware of allergen safety and make sure the customer feels safe.
I've got real good food there and not so good food. Pick up window staff are always friendly. Not much going on inside the restaurant. Just kinda dead and quiet.

So tired of this store. My Pizzas are constantly wrong. I have a credit from the last time I ordered that I tried to use tonight. Called to place an order and got the call center who is confused why they are closed over an hour early. Not the first time this has happened. Been in hold for 20 minutes now. Ordering from this store is a gamble. Good luck. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. This is crazyDo unprofessional.. been this way for years now.
