Waited 35 minutes in the pickup line. Our food could not be found when we made it to the window. I showed an email receipt. The cashier was in no hurry, had a negative attitude, was not communicative with us, and offered no solution at all. A “manager” approached and issued a credit refund (only after we asked for one), then told us we didn’t need to be rude. Ignored us when we asked for her name and then yelled 1-800-DONATOS as we were leaving.
