Despite limited parking and a drive-thru that is often wrapped around the building, customers find the service quick and friendly. Staff members are known for their helpfulness, especially when fulfilling special Blizzard requests, and they always greet customers with a smile. The location is busy, but wait times in the drive-thru rarely exceed 20 minutes. The restaurant offers a nice indoor space with plenty of seating, making it a good spot to enjoy a Dilly Bar or other treats. While there have been some issues with order accuracy, such as overcharged combo meals or missing cheese on chili cheese dogs, overall, the staff's quick service and friendly attitude make it a popular choice for ice cream lovers. There are no steps at the entrance, though handicap parking might be limited.
