Although there were some struggles with the ordering systems being down the team came together and got everyone in there at the time there food and was even able to get the system back on and get more people there lunches! Special Mention: The person at the register I believe her name is Naomi. She was very sweet and nice and had the biggest smile out of everyone. Not only was the food delicious! but the service could not have been better today! Thank you!
Very busy. Limited supply of some items. Line was rather messy, as to be expected when busy.
Slowest chipotle in Columbus. Line of 7 people takes over 35 minutes even with every ingredient fully stocked. They will prioritize an online order on the line in front of you despite you standing there waiting. The employees desperately need trained on working quicker and staying at the register. Food wise, Chipotle has obviously declined horribly, but this one is mostly okay except the rice. The employees don’t know how to make it or serve it. It’s too compacted...read full review
