I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience at this Firehouse Subs location. I placed an order through DoorDash, and although the platform allowed me to submit it, the staff — specifically Emma and Brylee — refused to fulfill it simply because it came in close to closing time. Despite showing proof of payment, they made no effort to help resolve the issue and instead responded with rudeness and complete disregard for customer service.
Both employees came across as lazy and disinterested in their roles, refusing to even acknowledge that the error was not on my end. I was left with no food, no resolution, and no accountability from staff who clearly didn’t care. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this location to anyone expecting even the bare minimum of service.

We visit many Firehouse Subs locations (different cities/states). This one is very different. No one greets you when you walk in. They were out of half the things we actually wanted. They also did not offer military discount. One of the employees walked off while preparing someone’s order that had to go through the oven so the sandwiches got piled up and needed to be remade.
I will say that the young lady that was taking our order did try to offer us alternatives and an explanation of why things were no longer available. Also, the older woman that was there offered us something for the longer than normal wait time. We have not opened/tried our food yet.

The girl at the counter rudely was cussing out her other coworkers, meanwhile rushing us to order our food. She was screaming at her coworker! Check on this location asap!

First time for our family. Should’ve been all 5 stars but the inside was a little bit unkept, especially since the place was fully staffed and the inside traffic was light.
The sandwich choices were vast. 3 different sizes, up to a massive 12” that’s just too much to eat unless you’re famished. GREAT FOOD!
Lots of chips and different sauces available for your taste. Overall great experience.
I had the French Dip, large size. I ate it all, the second half just for sport lol.

My order clearly said NO pickles I'm allergic and these idiots put not one but two pickles on TOP of my bread not even on the side like they're supposed to which in turn made the bread soggy and disgusting. I had to throw the whole sandwich! So disappointing

Today Friday 12/20/24 at 4:18pm took my mother for a sub! The guy working the counter did not even acknowledge us, just gave dirty looks after 10 minutes we left.
