Jimmy John's is a great place with delicious sandwiches and fast service. The staff is friendly and personable, except for a few questionable individuals. The delivery guy, Alex, always brings a smile and excellent service. The crew, including Chris, Tyler, Yon, Miracle, and a young man with a ponytail, are amazing and make every visit special. The atmosphere is positive and kid-friendly, making it a top choice for families. However, the new manager's behavior raises some concerns, so customers should be cautious about who's working during their visit. Overall, Jimmy John's offers tasty food and exceptional service, with a few exceptions to watch out for.
