This was the absolute worst jimmy johns experience. There was only one worker and he went outside to take the trash out, came inside to start mopping, he then took my order and didn’t wash his hands, proceeded to put gloves on and make my food. After taking out the trash and mopping, he definitely should’ve washed his hands before making my food. I am absolutely disgusted and will not be eating my meal.

I placed an online order, I noticed they took my payment twice off my card for the 1 ORDER. I called the store right away and spoke with someone (male) he informed me it was only one charge, I informed him I'll show him my account where it was taken out twice along with showing my bank balance so he can see it was definitely 2 charges for the 1 meal. So I get there. I show the MANAGER PATRICK, He informs me that there's nothing he can do but try and reach his manager. Even though he can see 2 transactions for the 1 meal, he refused to give me a credit for the future or GIVE ME A REFUND for the extra charge... Then he lets me know I can leave the entire order and just cancel to get my money back. Frustrating wasn't even the word. I'm on my work lunch break and he's refusing to give any refund, future credit or anything. While Patrick is cancelling my order and taking my food back, another coworker says, why don't we give you a store credit, I said Im ok with that, I asked for that at the beginning of the conversation, she then says oh he's done the cancel now so now it's too late! Like wait what??? PATRICK was the rudest, non caring customer service I ever encountered in a Jimmy John's. Not only will I not be back, I'll be sure to let my coworkers and doctors know they should definitely stay away from this particular JJ and definitely PATRICKS willingLESS to help the customers! Stay AWAY! But they did gain and keep my 15 bucks! O well thank God it's a Moe's a few doors down! Cheers to lunch!

As a former employee of this particular Jimmy John’s, I feel compelled to share that I discovered mold in the iced tea machine. The overall cleanliness is severely lacking, making it very unsanitary. I strongly advise against eating there.

Thought we found a great place with good service. My wife called today to inquire about the price of their new Caprese Salami Pesto Wrap. Was met with "I don't understand what you are saying". He then handed the phone to another employee who immediately said "You'll have to call back and speak English because you're mumbling". I was in the next room and understood every word my wife said. Wife hung up, called another Jimmy John's and was greeted by a very friendly associate who was very helpful.Won't be going back to Gahanna.

The foods decent, the guy who was taking orders was nice and talkative, the manager on the slicer seems kinda iffy, she came up front with gloves on after slicing and touched her face and went to the back, not to mention she's barely paying attention to what's happening and is just on her phone slicing. It's still a good place id just be cautious on who's working as the manager for the shift.

This is a shout out to Alex, our delivery guy. He delivers to our office majority of the time and he is SO GREAT! He always has the biggest smile on his face and is so personable, kind, and seems to be in the best mood every time he drops our food off. In a world where good customer service seems to be hard to come by, it is very refreshing to have someone who enjoys spreading positivity and taking care of others. This Jimmy John's location also provides fast service and sandwiches that we can count on being delicious every time.

I love this location!! Only the best work here minus the new gm lady. This crew is unlike any other crew. They are all personable with amazing attitudes and great service. They literally make my day sometimes. Give them all a raise minus one lol. Chris, Tyler, Yon, Miracle and the young man with the ponytail are amazing. I will drive out of my way just to come to this specific location. Please don’t ruin the positive atmosphere due to one ride employee

I just started going to jimmy John’s this year and I’ve been there too many times already ? my go to is the turkey Tom w onions grab some chips and add them to the sandwich?? and don’t forget to grab a kickin ranch.
This location hasn't been "So fast you'll freak" the last few times I've visited, but still good consistent food that tastes great!
