I have been eating this wonderful food since they had only one location. My daughter introduced us to it because she loved it and found their truck. (That was when they didn’t have a storefront). It never matters which location I eat at, I have never been disappointed. Their al pastor is legendary. Their lingua is tender. Portions are large. Truly the restaurant I eat at now. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. If you haven’t tried it, you need to. You will not be disappointed.
The Al Pastor is out of this world! Absolutely mouth watering delicious.
I had 2 Gringas which was the perfect amount. $12 for both but they're half price on Wednesdays!
My friend had the Original Taco Al Pastor. She had 4 of them because they're smaller than the Gringas. Those are buy one get one free on Mondays, which was when we were there. She paid $6 for all 4!

Los Guachos never disappoints with how flavorful and authentic the dishes are! I usually get the carne asada (beef) tacos, quesadillas, and had some kind of pork crunch bowl last time which blew my expectations out of the water. They serve some of the freshest meat in town and it's always a nice lunch spot or great stop on the way home from a long shift!
