I had placed a to go order. The service was on friendly, & very helpful 👍🏾
I waited longer than expected for my carryout order, and my frustration was probably showing. The manager or assistant manager stepped in (not sure her role), gave me a gift card for the inconvenience, and even made me fresh fries since mine had gotten cold while waiting. Great customer service like that is hard to find, especially with carryout. I really appreciated her going above and beyond due to the kitchen running a little behind
