Food was cold and burnt was over a hr wait didn't give me my ranch and I asked for Pepsi ze and got a regular one
I love coming to this Papa John’s because the vibe here is amazing. The music is always good, everyone treats me so well, and the whole team has such positive energy. You can genuinely feel that they enjoy being here, and that makes the experience even better. I always leave in a good mood. ❤🍕
We waited 30 minutes longer than we had been told. 2 people looked in 2 places for our pizza and finally they looked in a 3rd place and found the pizzas which were now old and cold. They handed us the pizza as if this was all normal. We asked for compensation and they said we will get some kind of a free pizza credit - that has not arrived yet. When we got home we realized they forgot to put sauce on the pizza. So, yeah, not a great experience.
