although i came in about 20 minutes before closing time, i do not think i should’ve been served the food i got today especially after there were multiple people who were walking in after me. as soon as i walked in people were rolling their eyes at me and i wasn’t asked for my order for about 10 minutes. then once i asked for a bowl with white rice, it wasn’t prepared fresh, the girl just grabbed a plain bowl that already had rice that was just sitting to the...read full review
I missed my fajita veggies and was surprised by the low portion size on my bowl. I also felt that there wasn't enough chicken either. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this location as it isn't the first time this had happened to me. Won't be coming back.
Disappointing Food Quality & Customer Service
I submitted a mobile pickup order at 8:40 PM for a 9:00 PM pickup. When I arrived, I provided my name at the pickup window and received my order. Before leaving the parking lot, I took the time to review everything to make sure I had received all of the items I paid for.
My order included white rice, fajita veggies, double pollo asado, mild tomato salsa, green chili salsa, extra sour cream, and extra cheese.
