So, 12/17/2023 I witnessed how kind the staff here can be despite upset customers throwing insults at them. Say what you want to about how this place operates, but the care and concern that I witnessed in the face of insults deserves to be called out. The young lady who handled the customer deserves endless praise.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION !We ordered a dinner pie and confirmation email said 43 minutes estimated delivery.Not bad for a hot Papa John's right.Oh but wait, almost 2 hours later the delivery guy hands us our pie and stands there waiting for an EXTRA tip. Fat chance.Immediately called the store manager who asked our name then said he would credit us a free pie on "Our Account" then quickly hung up.Only two problems with his action....1). We don't have an account so there isn't a free pie anywhere in our future2). Why would I order a second 2 hour, cold to the touch, pizza after this level of customer experience.

Service was really great & deserves 5 stars. Sadly, the pizzas are not very good & the inside of this location needs some love. Lastly, one of the 3 LG pizzas I ordered had not been cut at all, so that presented a slight challenge when I brought them back to the office.

Pizza is great - if you receive while it's still hot. Last two orders were made promptly and left store quickly but were delivered 30-60 minutes late. I tried to work with the company to resolve my issue. No apology. I did get am email from someone in customer service asking me to call or email her so she could make it right. Not sure why she needed me to email her AGAIN, but I did and then never heard back. I followed up once more and still haven't heard back. So, even though they have my favorite breadsticks, I'll get my pizza somewhere else that will deliver my food while it is still hot or at least edible. (Nothing worse that congealed semi-melted cheese!)

I called and asked a question (politely, I thought), and the store manager was downright rude to me. Just kind of shocked by the poor customer service by the head honcho. She started to backpeddle as she knew she was coming across as rude, but nevertheless I probably won’t be ordering from here again as this left a bad impression.
Did Shaq sell his shares of Papa John's? The location my friend was using has yet to deliver our orders, and the orders were place THIS MORNING AND ALSO PAID FOR. I highly recommend shutting down your Columbus locations.

Ordered from here just over a month ago and whilst the first part of service was bad it was resolved by the store manager, Emilee, I believe. Thank you Emilee!!!! Now for the experience this week I feel I have to cut ties with this papa John's location. Ordered 2 pizzas, BONELESS wings, and a Papadilla. Pizza was cold, Papadilla was missing sauce and we got bone-in wings. I tried too call the store and sat for about 20 minutes listening to a recording. I finally clocked out of my job to drive up to the store only to find 1 employee in the store all sweaty in jeans and a tank top with his pants halfway down showing off his underwear. ??? Did Papa Johns run out of shirts?? Although the wings were remade myself and my co-workers could not bring ourselves to eat the food after the store image i got.I am still waiting on someone to reach back put to me.
