Penn Station East Coast Subs

Food tasted good other than the crazy amount of vinegar that was poured on my sub. There was so much it was puddled up in the wrapper. Also the banana peppers were covered in ice crystals. Not really something I'd expect for 15 dollars.

Great food, very nice people and clean restaurant. Bri was very professional! You can tell she enjoys her job and is into customer service.

I was in about 1 o’clock when it was rush hour. And the way that lady was talking to her employees was mind blowing. Even after she told one of them to clock out she was still going. Her attitude to her employees needs to be talked about. You can tell she’s use to doing it. Located in Gahanna…

We were greeted immediately in a high energy way by a manager who was good about communicating with us the whole time. I was most struck by how clean it smelled in there (noticed it when standing by the register). Not clean as in like cleaning products but just clean air which is incredibly hard to do when you’re cooking bread and meat all day. (I worked at a sub shop for years.) pleasantly surprised by our experience.

There were several hairs in my food because the staff don’t wear hairnets

Broken system, dirty store, raw bread, noisy door. The perfect package for never returning.

The tiniest amount of meat. Ive had this sub before and it’s normally way more substantial. Not worth $10.

The store was very clean....... The food was great 10/10 and the service was amazing.. thanks to BRI for allowing me to try the multigrain bread. I'm not going back to White LOL.. I don't know what's changed since the last time I was there huge difference. Thanks so much ladies.

The subs are pretty good no question about it. The french fries are good, but I’m very confused about the atmosphere, as soon as I walked in I simply could not hear myself speak because the music was so load!! What is the reason for this??? I literally couldn’t hear my girlfriend talking to me because I felt like I was in a rock concert.

This place sucks, I got the reuben they only put sauerkraut on half the sandwich and amount was about a third of what they should of used. also I asked for the banana peppers to be grilled and they did not grill them, and they were skimpy on the meat they used about half the amount at best.I reached point that I plan not to ever go back, to many messed up orders and bad quality.
