I'm writing this review for the Subway in the StoneRidge Plaza. The service and food are great. The bread is so soft and fresh I can't believe it's a Subway but it is. I've enjoyed Subway my whole life honestly but this location is my favorite.

I work on Taylor Station Rd and have been to this location numerous times for lunch or on the way home. While I have been here several times, I am by no means a regular, yet they remember my order as soon as I step up to the counter. Very impressive.
Also, compared to the 4 or 5 other Subways I have been to in the past few years, this location is far and away the best. The service is great, the food is good and prepared correctly and my sandwiches are constructed in a way that makes them easy to eat and not a sloppy mess.
Finally, all Subways charge differently and this one has always been the lowest price for what I order. Even at a higher price, I would still choose this location.
When I am in the mood for Subway, I will go out of my way to come to this location. Thank you for all that you do and please keep up the good work. You are very appreciated!!!

Absolutely embarrassing! I had 2 subs Door Dashed last night. The first was a meatball. Not 1 meatball on it, just sauce. The second was a BLT. I literally thought it was just bread when I unwrapped it. There was no lettuce. There were 2 tiny bacon strips and 2 little tomatoes that did not even cover half of the sandwich. This is so unacceptable. WTH is wrong with people? Take some pride in what you do. I know you would never have served something like this to yourself, a friend, or a family member. Just sad. This should have never went out the door.

Food wasn't fresh, staff seemed impatient and unaccommodating of anyone who wasn't familiar with their offerings. Felt like a bother asking for recommendations or about menu items.

There is a girl who took my order and she is very rude. I never seen such a rude person in my life. I said I want half foot bread and she got me 1 foot after that I said it’s okay it happens and I took that 1 foot bread. Still that girl was very rude. Why you want to work in a fast food If you don’t treat your costumers well?
Both subs were missing half the ingredients and the bread was stale...

Ordered ahead of time, walked in no one else was there and the app said sandwiches were ready. They had not started making them, for no one else being there it also took 15 min for three sandwiches

I was going to look past the guy throwing my sandwich on the counter until I actually opened it up and noticed that it didn't have ranch on the chicken and bacon ranch sub??? And I asked for more so there was an uncharge. If I were to go back I'll definitely go inside and watch my order being made. Bacon barely even done. Uggghhhhhh

Parking: Not handicap assessable have to walk down by another business to get up on sidewalk. Curbs are to high. Nothing to hold on to. Only one handicap parking space

This is the first review I have ever left but this was such a terrible experience I believe this to be warranted. I went to this subway on 12/21 around 2pm for my lunch break, I walk in and I don’t see anyone up front. I wait… and I wait and still no one comes to take my order. It’s fine, maybe they just didn’t hear me. So I walk to the pay station where I can see into the back and there are two workers (a younger woman and man) sitting down and eating. Which I understand, I’m on my feet most of the day for work so I know how you just need a break sometimes. But then, they both look at me and still nothing. They make no move to come help me and the young woman actually started laughing at me. I’m sure she saw I looked a bit frustrated and she shook her head and forced the man to come up and help me while she continued laughing. I was about to walk out but finally the man took my order and I paid. I didn’t say anything because I don’t like to make a scene but it was just extremely unprofessional, unpleasant, and disrespectful.
