Sat in the drive thru for 15+ minutes while workers just played on their phones within sight of the drive thru. The food was completely wrong and the rice was under cooked and crunchy.
Vegetarian options: I wouldn't recommend eating vegetarian here they would probably get the whole order wrong
Dietary restrictions: You may be allergic to something and they would probably put it on your burrito.

Customer Service was nice!👌🏼😃 .. . However, almost our entire order was wrong😏. Unfortunately, we didn't notice this until after arriving home and as we were only passing through Gahanna via work, we were well over 20min. away at that point and decided to just let it be, though we were pretty disappointed by it.

I know it is Taco Bell but: Placed a order through the drive through. I had to repeat the order at least 3 times. When I got home the order was wrong. My husband went back up to get the right items and was told that it was my fault because I didn’t check the order before I left or double checked the screen before I paid. She refused to give us the correct items and told husband told her that he probably didn’t want the items because she didn’t know what they were going to do with them. She was extremely rude. Sent in a problem through the website and asked for a reply. Still waiting on reply after about a week. Customer service is out the window now

I understand I’m ordering Taco Bell so the bar is set really low anyway but when I order a Catina taco and the outside of the taco (literally only the inside toppings showing) I need y’all to care a little more about the food you are putting out. Once you seen that the outside or the taco was stuck to the paper when you heat it up-why not make another one? Or as you place the Doritos loco taco, already broken, inside the packaging to prevent it from breaking.. why not make it again? I believe you gave me a different taco shell with my mexi-melt too which completely changed the taste of it.. all I want to know is why? I don’t spend $25 on grade F meat because I want quality, I just want what I ordered.

The manager don't need to harass the doordash drivers who pick up the order, we are not required to bring our devices in!! And the ohio disability bord reserves the right for people with disabilities be able to work without discrimination, whenever my husband tells a place that the driver is disabled and will have to confirm from the car by all right must accept this and accommodations should be made!! It's pretty bad when I get treated like that by the manager 😕

hit or miss. either they missing half your items (like tonight..) or it’s actually made how it’s supposed to. so either you get scammed or bare minimum service.
