Went through the drive thru and got Crispy Cantina Chicken tacos and when I got home to eat, this is what I found. Just insane. No chicken and it was dry. Just trash.

Came here to pick up an order, two guys outside smoking and being highly inappropriate to start, then the girl at the window swears me up an down that they don’t have my order and that they haven’t received it and she’s been doing this allllll night only to turn around and realize the orders been sitting on the screen waiting to be prepared and none of the 5 people on staff noticed because they’re all just so busy! I’m the only customer on site mind you, thanks!

Terrible attitudes from inside people. The guy at the window was very polite. Had to go back in because they forgot 3 things, the guy tried to tell me I didn’t order them until I showed him my receipt then he was OBVIOUSLY and LOUDLY rude and annoyed that he had to make and give me said items, also maybe that he was absolutely WRONG! Thank you terrible dude for making sure that’s the last time I go to that specific Taco Bell. Gross person with an even grosser attitude.
And it as only 11:30 in the morning on a Saturday.

There is ALWAYS a problem with the food. Burnt quesadillas and missing sauce and drinks are almost garunteed, and any fried things like the nachos always taste like they haven't changed to oil in a long time. I've only gotten delievery through the app, but I shudder to think at how tings look in the actual restaurant.

Every once in a while I have that Taco Bell itch I have to scratch. I don't know where I got it from, and maybe I don't want to? That said, they should send all Midwest Taco Bell employees to Arizona for a couple months of training. Update I upgraded to three stars because it's gotten better than it was when I first tried it here.
They never mess up my order here. I love this location.

Went through the drive through, person said we could order when we were ready, we said we needed a moment, took less than three minutes to decide, we said we were ready and absolutely no answer, waited for five minutes and still nothing. Pulled around to see the person leaning on the table on their phone.
