Did not have what some of what I ordered, no big deal that happens. Did not expect the owner to fully refund me for having a different bread and no Mac and cheese. I simply said thats fine got other items and the owner went above and beyond to fully satisfy me and make sure I left happy. I dont come to this location often, left a lasting impression and will surely be back.

They are out of what you ordered and expect you to take something you did not order or even want. No courtesy upgrade or explanation.

Too confusing as well. They just don't have it together in my opinion. I was not the only disappointed customer at the store today. Merry Christmas!

I have had their chicken salad ham salad sandwich, cranberry salad, pumpkin pie, Mac and cheese, 👍 it was great. A+. The lady most of the time, a guy one time and they were all pleasant, very knowledgeable, helpful. The Gahanna store gets A+.

An employee on the counter was rude and short with people. It's was only 10 am. Don't do retail on the holidays if it causes

I ordered a thanksgiving meal from honey baked a few days ago. The turkey was really good sides were absolutely horrible would not recommend for the price
