Never again. Went to the drive-thru this morning and was waiting for most of an hour after ordering two farmer's wraps, with no communication or offer of an alternative. When I finally went in, I asked if I could get my money back and one of the employees was incredibly rude. I refrained from swearing but she didn't, and told me at one point, "you could have just left," knowing that I had already paid. While the manager attempted to apologize, each time she said they were sorry, the same employee shouted "I'm not" across the store. I'm a patient person and understand short staffing and unexpected issues, but the customer service there was absolutely unacceptable.

Customers aren't stupid. If I order and pay for a dark roast. It means that I know what it tastes like. This one never offers to brew a pot. They give you whatever they feel like. Not to mention that the team members are acting like they are on the street.

One of the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. They constantly mess up your order or forget to give you items you PAID FOR. Order a sausage biscuit, you get bacon. Order Bagel B.E.L.T. you get a bagel with bacon cheese and a single egg. Never give this place your money.

Jesse (white guy with red hair) at this location was incredible rude! As we pulled up to order I could hear him say oh my god, as if he was annoyed I was there to order. He had an attitude the whole time we were ordering. I asked a question about timbit box sizes he didn’t answer for a good minute and then answered as if I was stupid for asking. Then told me they only had one type of timbit. The more I ordered the more annoyed he got. Mind you, we were there at 4pm, it wasn’t 5 minutes before close. If I could have pulled out of the drive thru mid order I would have. When we got to the window the rudest didn’t get any better. Not sure what his problem was but honestly I would rather drive across town to the other location before I go back here.

Came after the game at 4:30. They had NO donuts, no food, No frozen drinks...only coffee & cappuccino. Guy on mic got smart when we asked for drinks. Terrible service. Terrible to have nothing for your guests.

Used to love coming to this Tim Hortons on my way to work but the consistency has really gone down. This morning wad the worst experience yet. Pulled into the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me, had to repeat myself several times for the guy to get my order right, told to pull around front and waited 10 minutes to get the bulk of my order while cars behind me left entirely and my snacker was so burnt it was inedible but I couldn't go in and say something cause they took so long I would have been late if I went in and escalated things. Super disappointed

Still have not been paid for the few hours I was there to do paperwork.Manager quit,the 1st day I was to start. Needless to say he didn't put hours in .Asst Manager claimed she"d do it. ( Not Done) Can't get a call back , for anyone, I turn down 2 other jobs for this ,an no I"m not employed there, went again to start work Labor day. Needless to say Manager,s in a meeting,no one sure when it"I'll be over,still need to finish paper on there computer. It's in the office ,an no one can get soi can finish an can finally work the floor. This store is truly something else. Waited for someone to call me hasn't happen yet. Payday was September 6th.Spent all extra money on slipresent, 30$ shoes ,black pant couple of pair( 18.00 dollar)?

I stopped by for Coffee and the workers had people in there chitchatting with the doors locked, and not answering the drive through either. They waited til I pulled off to unlock the door and let their people out with bags of donuts and cups of coffee.. it was 4pm and they didn’t close til 7pm.

I was an employee there. The boss had an issue and instead of finding out before he talked to me he decided to call me and wake me up at 5am. I worked last week for 29 hours and I haven't been paid for it. Sean the manager will not return my messages. This is NOT acceptable. I have been a manager and you are not allowed to just not pay someone because they quite.
