TH is great, but not this one. I stopped there during lunch, and just like last time only one person is running the whole place. I went inside instead of the drive thru, waited a while but the one guy was struggling just to keep up with drive thru alone. Probably a decent place to hang if you have some time though, no one was in the dining room at all except an employee.

This young kid needs some major training.. Very slow .. and not very knowledgeable... Please give your employees more training before you put them on the drive-through

Everyone here is always so nice and friendly. The dogs and I just love getting some Tims and saying hi to everyone. They remember everyone’s name. Drinks are good but I come back because the staff treats us like family.

Ordered a medium iced chia latte, a sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin and 20 Timbits. Was not asked what kind but at least I got 20. Cashier asked you want a vanilla latte. I said no a chia latte. And she said did you want that hot or cold. I said iced again and got a rude puzzled look. And then was asked what size. Also I waited 10 mins for an incorrect sandwich. Got a bacon, egg and cheese on a biscuit.

It’s hard to write this review because sometimes they are on point, BUT the last few times I have been there, JASON at the drive thru window has ZERO idea on what to do. I’m not sure how long he has been there but he needs way more training. He has given me the wrong order multiple times, will ask me what my order is and what size or flavor. That’s your job. Look at your screen, sir. When he isn’t there, everything seems to go way more smoothly and they will get the job done well. It’s just frustrating.

NEVER going here again! My family goes to Tim Hortons every Sunday and multiple times during the week. We go to this one because they’re close. They are usually friendly but not always fast. We know this going in. Yesterday my daughter and I had THE WORST experience I’ve ever had with any drive through. We placed our order, gave them our money. They asked us to pull over and wait a few minutes for our wraps. Over twenty minutes later, still waiting. I went inside to see if there was a problem. No one would look at me or respond when I asked if there was a problem. No one!! Five minutes later, my daughter walks in to see what’s happening. When she started to ask, the woman behind the counter was very rude. When we said we’d been waiting for half an hour, the rude worker said “You could’ve left!” Really?! You took our money, you could’ve given us what we paid for or told us how long to expect it to be done. The very rude woman started name calling. The older lady behind the counter started to apologize and said sorry for your wait, and the rude woman yelled “I NOT SORRY!” More name calling and rudeness. We will never go back to that one!
Never again. Went to the drive-thru this morning and was waiting for most of an hour after ordering two farmer's wraps, with no communication or offer of an alternative. When I finally went in, I asked if I could get my money back and one of the employees was incredibly rude. I refrained from swearing but she didn't, and told me at one point, "you could have just left," knowing that I had already paid. While the manager attempted to apologize, each time she said they were sorry, the same employee shouted "I'm not" across the store. I'm a patient person and understand short staffing and unexpected issues, but the customer service there was absolutely unacceptable.

Customers aren't stupid. If I order and pay for a dark roast. It means that I know what it tastes like. This one never offers to brew a pot. They give you whatever they feel like. Not to mention that the team members are acting like they are on the street.
