Everything was better than perfect except................... I think if they are going to add a 3% service charge for using a credit card, you should be told in advance of paying. I noticed the extra fee AFTER the card was run and tried unsuccessfully to get the waitress back to the table. I would have happily paid in cash if I had been informed.

We got there at 8:45 and they close at 9:00. But staff was super nice, did not hurry us at all. Great friendly place with a great variety of excellent high quality food

I was looking forward to this place but found out it was not worth the hype. Burger was just ok. Fries were burnt and disgusting. The wait for food was long. Overall the whole family was disappointed. We will not be coming back.

New to the area and not staying past the summer BUT the bartenders were laughing with us, making a huge effort to remember our names, beers were priced correctly. Best bar in the area in my opinion.

Oh yeah!! Got their small burger (1/3 lb.) Awesome! Their large burger is 3/4 lb.
I have eaten at both locations. Both are outstanding. We went to Galena because it's larger. Either location takes reservations.

Simply the best burger in Ohio. And the staff here are so friendly, so we keep coming back. And the portions are so large, I always take home half for lunch the next day! Pictured with this review is the Thurman Burger. My other go-to is the A1 Burger. And don’t skip the fries, they’re fantastic!
