Tried the Galena location for the first time, the Kansas City chief burger was absolutly delicious and cooked perfect. Had the Ruben rolls (perfect appetizer) and the fries are always good too.

The burger was huge and very good. The service was great. It is essentially a bar with great food. Not quite what I was expecting but I'll be back. It was hard to talk, just a little noisy.

Food genuinely disappointing. Atmosphere is fine it is what it is. Fries came out cold the burgers are super thick and just poorly cooked. Everyone ordered medium but everything came out well done. No real flavor for anything we tasted. Oversized portions stunt food. At least it used to be good.
