I love supporting local small businesses and trying new places to eat. I was craving pasta and Bistro 217 did not disappoint. Tried the "Tuscan past" "AMAZING"! Had a side Caesar salad too and was tasty. The garlic bread was soft and outstanding. Will definitely go again.
Went there recently for the first time in years. Started out a little odd, a waitress came over and took our drink order and then suddenly switched tables after saying she'd be our waitress. The guy that took over was nice and did a good job. The food came out timely and fresh. I don't remember the burgers being as flavorful as there were this time. Not greasy, just fresh and tasty

Our first dinner here will NOT be our last. We came to Galion to see friends perform at 1803, but they don't have food service. We selected Bistro after reading reviews etc online.We were met by friendly staff and quickjly seated.
